Machine Features:

1.They are mainly divided into two categories: single-screw and twin-screw extruders. Single-screw extruders have a simple design and are suitable for conventional extrusion; twin-screw extruders (especially the interlocking type) have stronger mixing, plasticizing, and venting properties, and are suitable for complex processes such as high-filler and engineering plastics.
2.Professional die head designs (such as adjustable die heads and automotive-grade die heads) ensure product concentricity and dimensional accuracy. A quick color change system allows for color changes without stopping production, reducing waste.
3.Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touch screen, it enables synchronous control of the entire production line. Advanced systems can be equipped with closed-loop feedback control to automatically monitor and adjust wire diameter and concentricity, controlling the outer diameter error to the micrometer level (e.g., ±0.01mm).
