Machine Features:

A Teflon extruder is a high-end piece of equipment specifically designed for processing fluoroplastics such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Its biggest difference from common extruders (such as those used for PVC and PE materials) lies in the ultra-high melting temperature and strong corrosiveness of fluoroplastics.

High-temperature process: The processing temperature is extremely high. The machine body temperature typically rises linearly from approximately 180°C at the feed inlet to 380°C at the die head, with the die head and mold sections even needing to reach 410°C. Extremely high temperature control precision is required; die head temperature fluctuations must be controlled within ±0.5°C.
