Machine Features:
Specialized screw and barrel: To prevent silicone from "scorching" (premature internal curing) due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, a screw and barrel structure specifically designed for silicone is used.
 
Preventing internal sulfidation in the die head design: The die head and mold (eye mold) designs have also been specially optimized. Combined with a water-cooled automatic or manual control system, this allows for precise temperature control, effectively preventing sulfidation and blockage of materials inside the equipment.
 
The extruded wire needs to be vulcanized with hot air through a long vulcanizing pipe (oven) to set its shape. The length of the vulcanizing furnace varies from 12 meters to 28 meters depending on the production capacity.
